Lindsay Lohan's father says his daughter will leave rehab Tuesday and move into a new Los Angeles home. The troubled actress has been at the Betty Ford clinic for three months. If the 24-year-old can stay clean and sober until February 25th, Lohan's supervised probation may end. Lohan remains under investigation for an alleged attack on a rehab worker at the clinic.
